The Casbah is right across the street from my house/yoga studio, so it's perfect for me to go over
there after yoga class for a big bowl of Gazpacho. Yum! It hits the spot. Christopher is known to
run the cleanest kitchen in Bocas. He's wonderfully accomodating for my vegetarian tastes. He'll
make me a huge plate of nothing but sauteed veggies. The eggplant is very savory. The goat cheese
salad is great too. :)
