The newest restaurant in Bocas (at the time of this writing), Taberna offers excellent Spanish style
Tapas, Paella, and great Sangria.

The waitstaff/owner are very friendly and always available to provide ordering advice. It is very
obvious that the owner takes great pride in his new establishment.

The atmosphere is eclectic-outdoor seating with grapes hanging from the rafters and barrel tile
transport you to a Spanish tavern. An old school bus, completely gutted and decorated with tables
and beautifully decorated offers air conditioned dining.

At the southern tip of town, Taberna is slightly off the beaten path, but well worth the 5 minute
walk to get there.
