Bocas Yoga is one of those places you wish was a chain business, so you can find it everywhere. I love everything about that place! The beautiful staff, the serene environment, the fantastic classes (pilates, yoga, belly dancing, free monthly moon circles that bring beautiful women together) and of course the lovely owner - Laura Kay - whose friendly and calm spirit makes you want to keep going back. Just entering the studio will lift your spirits. It was the best place to go and take care of my body and soul. If you're in Bocas, you HAVE TO check out Bocas Yoga, even if you've never ever taken any classes mentioned above. It's for absolutely everyone. No matter what level, age, or gender. I promise you, after you go back to your country, you will remember your experience at Bocas Yoga. I know, I do.
