After not practicing yoga for over 12 years I was both apprehensive and excited about the opening of Bocas Yoga here on Isla Colon. I quickly realized my apprehension was unfounded after meeting Laura Kay and attending her classes. It is truly a nurturing and grounding experience. I was totally unprepared for the quality of support and the level of acceptance I have encountered at Bocas Yoga. Laura Kay has developed a healing and regenerating environment and if you have even the least curiosity about yoga this would be the ideal place to begin the wonderful path towards self awareness and fitness.
