I recently visited Bocas del Toro and agree that Toro Loco is a really the best place in Bocas to hang out, have a beer, and meet new friends. They open everyday at noon so I was able to go for lunch, check my email and enjoy a cold beer. My husband and I would go back in the evenings so we could watch the NBA playoffs and play darts, he sat and played a few games of poker too, and we met some really interesting people, definitely a local (American) hangout. They've got really good bar food too!
